PACEP Governance

Board of Directors

The PACEP Board of Directors is a diverse group of practicing emergency physicians. They include academicians, private practice physicians, large group, small group, individual physicians, board- certified, board-eligible, rural, urban, residents…that is the full range of emergency medicine experience.

There are twelve members who are elected to serve a maximum of two consecutive, three-year terms. Board membership also includes at least one resident representative. The members of the Board of Directors do not receive any compensation for their services.

This year, four candidates are running for four open positions on the board of directors. Click here to familiarize yourself with the candidates. Ballots will be emailed on February 20, 2026 and will remain open thru March 20, 2026. Please check your email for this important information.
